Our client, a leader in facility management services, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting building operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Second Shift) What's the Job?
- Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.
- Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain optimal lighting conditions.
- Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested to support operational needs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities support.
- Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
