Steristat Cleaning Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Medical Facilities Cleaners to support our healthcare clients by maintaining clean, sanitary, and professional environments.

Steristat specializes in cleaning services for healthcare and other mission-critical environments where cleanliness, reliability, and attention to detail matter. Our team follows documented, site-specific procedures and quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional results.

• Clean and sanitize medical offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, corridors, restrooms, and other assigned areas.

• Perform nightly cleaning and sanitation duties according to established procedures and facility requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and professional environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

• Pay close attention to high-touch areas and other areas requiring thorough cleaning and disinfection.

• Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all company and site-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

• Consistently complete all assigned duties each night within the scheduled timeframe.

• Report maintenance concerns, supply needs, or other facility issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain professionalism and respect for patients, staff, and the healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is:

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable working evening and/or nighttime hours.

• Able to work independently and stay on task.

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work.

• Comfortable working in medical and healthcare environments.

• Previous professional cleaning, janitorial, healthcare, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required every day.

• Must be able to consistently report to assigned locations and scheduled shifts.

• Successful completion of a background check required.

• Successful completion of a drug screening required.

• E-Verify employment authorization verification required.
