Site Coordinator, Nationwide Arena

Delaware North Sport service is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team

• Experience with in HR functions or similiar role
• This is an event based position, so must be flexible in schedule to adapt to varying demands throughout the year
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus

The 18,500-seat venue is home to the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, and hosts concerts and events.
