• Perform aircraft maintenance and inspections to ensure airworthiness.
• Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on complex or unusual issues.
• Manage maintenance activities at field bases, including inventory and parts requests.
• Ensure safety and security of company assets.
• Complete and verify maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with FAA and company standards.
• Input maintenance data into RAMCO.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor and adjust parts inventory levels.
• Maintain and calibrate tools as required.

• High school diploma.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Basic communication and computer skills.
• Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check (including lifting up to 100 lbs).
• Sheet metal and/or avionics experience (for roving team).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible/night shifts.

• Hourly pay: $35-$40.
