As an integral part of IAA, you will utilize cutting‑edge technology and play a vital role in the auction industry. Here’s what your day could look like:

• Check‑in vehicles by accurately recording their details.
• Detail vehicles to enhance their value for auction – training will be provided!
• Safely operate and move passenger vehicles around the facility.
• Manage keys, license plates, and other items for the vehicles.
• Assist visitors with friendly guidance and direct them to the right personnel.
• Receive on‑the‑job training for operating forklifts and loaders.

Please read the physical demands of this role carefully, as this is not a desk job.

We require candidates to have a high school diploma (or equivalent). A positive attitude is essential for excellent customer interaction. Knowledge about cars and mechanical understanding will help you thrive in this position. Collaboration and teamwork are keys to our success!

While not essential, candidates with basic automotive repair skills or experience in rental or construction industries are highly encouraged to apply!

• Ability to implement safety procedures to protect assets.
• Use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Stay alert to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment.
• Physical activities including lifting (20 lbs. constantly, 50 lbs. frequently, 100 lbs. occasionally).
• Frequent movements such as bending, squatting, climbing, and crawling.
• Working predominantly outdoors in all weather conditions.
