Salary Range: $30.00 - $44.00 Hourly

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental and customer heavy equipment with precision and expertise.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on-site or in the shop.
• Travel to customer jobsites to provide top‑knock repair and maintenance services.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Must have intermediate mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to perform repairs safely.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to interact professionally with customers and all levels of personnel within the organization.
• Must be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be self‑directed and well‑organized with the ability to prioritize workload while providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Proficient in use of technical software, databases and manuals.
• Must be able to function well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime as needed to meet business and customer demands.
• Promote positive customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Other job tasks and functions as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Valid Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within construction or equipment rental industry.
• Two or more years of previous hands‑on equipment and/or engine experience, diagnostics and troubleshooting experience working with rental equipment.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and dealership co‑workers.
• Maintain company and product confidentiality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web‑based applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
