General Purpose

Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.

The hiring range is $20.29 - $22.54 hourly.

• Monday
  - Thursday: 7pm - 11:30pm (days will vary)
• Saturday: 6pm - 10:30pm
• Sunday: 5pm - 9:30pm
• Special Events: 9pm - 1:30am (usually scheduled in advance, some flexibility available)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year custodial experience and/or light maintenance and customer service.
• Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Depending on the location of the assigned tasks, this position may require CJIS clearance; individuals must complete and pass a CJIS background investigation prior to employment, obtain CJIS certification within 30 days of hire, and maintain throughout employment with the City of Commerce City.

• Recreation Center Membership: $5.00 per year.
• Golf Course Green Fees: $9.00 for 9‑holes or $18.00 for 18‑holes; discounted merchandise.
• Health benefits offered to seasonal and variable hour employees who work more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period.
• Wellness: up to $100 for participation in various wellness activities offered by the City.
• Pay increases around the time of the annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
• Sick time accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked.

• 457 Deferred Compensation Plan.
