Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for North Range Crossings, a 216-unit apartment community in Commerce City, CO. The role covers daily exterior maintenance, trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal as needed, with a digital device to manage work orders and inspections.
You will maintain common areas, report hazards, and comply with Fair Housing laws, while assisting staff as required. A valid driver’s license may be needed;
