We're looking for a Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that keep our operation running smoothly. From conveyors and controls to plant-floor technology, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.
What You'll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and equipment issues
- Respond quickly to alarms, system alerts, and operational interruptions
- Perform preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen
- Calibrate and optimize plant-floor devices for maximum efficiency
- Partner with maintenance teams to identify solutions and reduce downtime
- Help drive continuous improvement across our automation systems
- Engineering Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, controls, or automation systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, motor controls, and AC/DC electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Monday through Friday
- 3:00 AM start time
- 6:30 PM start time
Candidates must currently reside within the local geographic area. Relocation assistance is not available.
