Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor provides direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for the mechanic and fleet team.

• Oversee all mechanic activity for the company
• Manage logistics for vehicle and equipment deployment/transfers
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment auctions
• Track and schedule fleet related preventative maintenance and repairs
• Perform annual field audit/inventory of all company assets
• Manage the installation of Drive Cam devices and GPS trackers
• Oversee WEX fuel card program
• Assist with DOT compliance
  
  Work with vendors on purchases and repairs
• Manage and coordinate special projects
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous fleet management experience
• Knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Google software
• Previous experience with fleet management software
• Valid driver’s license required, Class A CDL preferred
• Flexible to travel, up to 40% of the time
