Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.;
Assist with apartment turnovers painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.;
Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.;
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
