Maintenance Technician (Part-time)

Pay Range: $18/h - $19/h

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior, and interior common areas, and individual resident units in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds, including pool and spa where applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

• Prefer six (6) months of experience in building industry maintenance, housekeeping, or related fields; knowledge of building construction is helpful.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with elderly and care for their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Team members may be required to vaccinate, conduct daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and PPE to prevent the spread of COVID‑19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelines.
