As a Housekeeper, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents, visitors, and staff enjoy a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment every day.

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, dining areas, and common spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and furnishings

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility

Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain organized storage areas

Follow all infection prevention, sanitation, and safety procedures

Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns promptly

Assist with linen distribution and laundry duties as needed

Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members

Complete special cleaning projects and additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare, hospital, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and infection control practices is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work
