Position OverviewPyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full‑Time Entry‑Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our new facility in Concord. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for clients and staff. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks across building systems and grounds.
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rotating on‑call responsibilities
25–30$ per hour, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general carpentry and building repairs
- Conduct painting and light electrical work (if qualified), and plumbing repairs
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting fixtures
- Maintain both interior and exterior areas of the facility
- Ensure proper functioning of laundry machines and other essential equipment
- Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
- Track and record time and materials used for tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and risk‑free environment
- May assist in training or overseeing assigned helpers
- Perform other facility maintenance duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team‑oriented environment
