Ciborowski Associates is seeking an experienced person in Property Maintenance to keep our properties well maintained and operating at peak performance. We’re looking for a hands‑on professional who takes pride in solving problems, maintaining high standards, and supporting a great work environment.

• Job entails maintenance and renovations on Ciborowski Associates properties located in downtown Concord, NH.
• Work with a small but great team either together or independently on renovations or repair items.
• Complete service requests promptly and communicate effectively with staff and tenants.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines

• Proven experience working on routine building maintenance issues and office renovations.
• Required skills include good carpentry, drywall and painting skills in addition to basic electrical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently when needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Occasionally work at heights, including climbing and working on ladders up to 20 ft
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching overhead during maintenance tasks
