Maintenance Project Coordinator (Project Management)
Coordinate maintenance work and projects
Perform inspections (In-house, agency, investor, insurance, NSPIRE)
Submit property orders such as signs, posts, supplies, safety equipment
Delegate work orders to maintenance staff
Review seasonal and annual contractor contracts
Schedule meetings with contractors
Approve and code invoices
Schedule monthly pest control
Maintain contractor W9 formsRD/NHHFA submissions
Update and maintain certificates of insurance
Send letters/memos from inspection results
Maintain inspection files
Performs other tasks as assigned
