What We Offer
  • Pay: $21/hour (and up, depending on experience)
  • On‑call pay:
  • $150/week (calls or no calls)
  • Additional $150 per holiday on‑call
  • Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Your Schedule
  • Full‑time:
    Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
  • Participation in a rotating emergency on‑call schedule with the team
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
  • Assist with apartment turns and make‑readies
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical & Technical Requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year‑round
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Background check required
