Thrive More is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our community’s buildings and grounds. This role requires performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior maintenance experience, and strong skills in general maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. This full-time position is located on-site at Taylor Glen in Concord, North Carolina.
