Maintenance Mechanic, 3rd shift

• Troubles, repair, maintain, and improve mechanical equipment and components.
• Follow the maintenance work management process, which includes utilizing maintenance management software to identify equipment problems, obtain parts, document findings, track labor hours and materials on jobs, and capture repair history.
• Contribute to Manufacturing Conscious Engineering by participating in development and coordination of engineering projects, including design, procurement, and installation of new equipment and modification of existing equipment.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and testing of incoming materials based on inspection plans, workmanship standards, technical drawings, and test methods.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Associate’s degree in an engineering related field (Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Robotics & Automation, etc.).
• Experience with reliability analysis, predictive (PdM), and preventative maintenance (PM).
• High level of understanding and ability to use analytical tools and troubleshoot.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to communicate, both written and oral, technical information to a diverse audience.

All candidates must successfully complete 3M’s Maintenance Battery test.

The pay for this position is $26.31/hr this targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other benefits and incentives may apply.
