Maintenance Supervisor; Night Shift

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee, coach, and develop maintenance team members across various departments, plan and execute daily work activities, and maintain efficiency while meeting cost, quality, and safety standards. The role includes assigning jobs, scheduling special projects and emergency repairs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth.
• Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.
• Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.
• Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations.
• Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in budget preparation and reports maintaining a low cost and high-efficiency operation.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment.
• 1+ years’ people leadership experience.

Pay range: $75,000 to $123,000 per year (this is an estimate; final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills and abilities and geographic location).
