ScopeRun the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization – from ERO to readiness reporting.
Responsibilities- Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC.
- Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle.
- Monitor deadline reports and parts‑on‑order status.
- Run calibration/modification control and analyze readiness metrics.
- 4 - 8+ years in maintenance management / production control.
- GCSS-MC maintenance module experience (power‑user level for leads).
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
- USMC maintenance management background.
