Thrivemorenc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain safety, functionality, and appearance of community buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks, respond to work orders, and assist with emergencies to support a safe environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, minor plumbing/electrical/HVAC tasks, inspections, and proper handling of tools.
