** About the Role
** Voltage is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and facility systems in our manufacturing operation. In this role, you will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production.
** What You’ll Do
*** Receive, install, and commission new production equipment in partnership with vendors.
* Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including crimp presses, cutters, and testers.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
* Maintain facility systems such as compressed air, HVAC, lighting, and electrical panels.
* Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar).
* Support equipment calibration and validation activities with Quality teams.
* Respond to equipment failures and production line-down events with urgency.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
** What We’re Looking For
*** 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, basic PLCs).
* Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
* Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience required.
* Experience maintaining crimp presses (Schleuniger, Komax, Artos) preferred.
* PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial electrical certifications preferred.
* Experience installing new equipment in manufacturing or startup environments preferred.
* Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar).
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
