Position Summary

The Image Maintenance position is responsible for effectively maintaining and improving all aspects of Dutch Oil Company’s fuel offering to retail consumers, Dealer partners and commercial property.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Maintain the grounds of all Dutch Oil property to include the grass, trees plants, and hedges by mowing, pruning or trimming as needed.

Display practical skills with operating lawn care and power equipment such as Lawnmower, weed trimmer, chainsaw, leaf blower, pressure washer, etc.

Extract and dispose of invasive plants and weeds.

Clear all areas of trash and dispensing accordingly.

Ensure all store locations comply with Shell RVIe and Sprint Mart Image guidelines (Point of Purchase material).

Clean and repair all fuel dispenser images.

Replace fuel nozzle and hoses

Repair lighting ballast and replace bulbs inside and outside the store, including any lighted signage.

Pressure wash buildings, canopies, and forecourts for all Dutch Oil locations as necessary.

Assist in exterior painting of parking lines, canopies and parking lot bollards.

Replace ceiling tile as needed inside our convenience stores.

Maintain a working relationship with employees of The Dutch Group of affiliated companies and the Sprint Mart employees.

Utilize a bucket truck with lift for necessary task.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work all hours, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.

Experience & Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required (additional coursework, training or certification may be required).
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 21 years old to be considered for this position.
Compliance with all OSHA regulations.

Physical Requirements

He/she will be lifting, pulling, shoveling and laboring for heavy equipment operators, can include lifting up to 75-100 lbs. The Laborer will have to work in all weather, and must be prepared for both extreme heat and cold. The Laborer must ensure that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient way.
