Job Summary

Drives gasoline, liquefied gas or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices including but not limited to forks, clamps or slipsheet attachments to lift truck, or move products or materials by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic daily preventive maintenance checks and complete required documentation
  • Exchange or charge batteries for electric lifts and refill and/or replace fuel tanks as required
  • Ensure trailers are secured to the facility prior to loading or unloading
  • Inspect inbound and outbound trailers for acceptable condition and compliance with customer and food safety and quality requirements
  • Load & unload palletized or floor loaded product from trailers, railcars or truck
  • Transport product to or from dock areas, storage areas, staging areas and packaging lines
  • Update warehouse management system using radio frequency scanning equipment
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or pass basic skills testing; and one to three years related experience.

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay rate: $17.27 per hour

Primary work schedule: 10pm-6:30am, Monday-Friday
