We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance and housekeeping operations during the second shift. This role requires a proactive leader who can work alongside their team while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and a safe working environment.
This position serves as the senior facility management representative on-site during second shift
, requiring strong independent decision-making and accountability.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

• Supervise and support all maintenance activities during second shift, including direct oversight of maintenance personnel
• Supervise housekeeping activities and personnel during second shift
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and JLL during second shift operations
• Maintain open communication with the Facilities Manager and first shift JLL employees to ensure seamless operations

• Execute and oversee all preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for second shift, ensuring timely completion and accurate entry into the CMMS system
• Complete all corrective maintenance and client-requested work orders scheduled for second shift
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs for HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager for any vendor support needed during
