Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, is seeking a HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and technical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Concord, NC
Pay Range: $31/hr.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify optimal solutions for system modifications.
- Lead tasks, assign responsibilities to team members, and ensure timely completion of duties.
- Maintain documentation and records using CMMS systems and email communication tools.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting loads of 50 lbs or more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
