The Courtyard Concord in Concord, NC is hiring for a full-time Preventative Maintenance Technician. The hours for this position are 8am-4:30pm; weekday and weekend availability is required.
PRIMARY
PURPOSE:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required. RESPONSIBILITIES include maintenance tasks, minor repairs, safety adherence, and prompt reporting of hazards. Fluency in English is required.
