Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Pool Cleaning/Technician
Position Overview
Earn $42K–$62K annually + attendance bonuses working outdoors servicing high-end residential pools and spas. As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll run your route, manage water chemistry, handle light repairs, and represent a premium brand that expects quality work done right the first time.
This role is built for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in consistent work
. You’re the type who shows up ready, follows process, and keeps things running smoothly—while still being comfortable interacting with homeowners and solving problems in the field.
Pay Range: $42K – $62K per year, depending on experience!
Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $20-$30 depending on experience
- Annual Range: $42K – $62K per year
- Attendance bonus $100 per month from April to October if all policies for time off requests are met
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- This is a 10-month position with the possibility of going year-round.
- Monday-Friday with Saturday availability
- Start time is 7:00 am and overtime is expected

- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or related field preferred
- Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods
- Extensive knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
- Knowledge of equipment repairs
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (50 lbs)
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
- Professional appearance
- Driving the company vehicle to the customer's location
- Maintaining equipment and parts levels at store and in the vehicle
- Testing swimming pool/spa water chemistry
- Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct chemical levels
- Cleaning the swimming pool using authorized equipment
- Replacing globes in underwater light fittings
- Fixing cracks or leaks in the swimming pool structure
- Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for spas and pools
- Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment
- Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management
- Follow Denscot Professionalism Standards as set forth in Denscot Maintenance Manual
- Other duties as assigned
