Laundry Room Attendant

Reports to: Director of Residential Life

Schedule/Travel: Part-time, academic year position. Schedule is:
Monday, 11 a.m.–4 p.m., Wednesday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.

FLSA: Non-exempt

Classification: Staff

Responsible for maintaining the Laundry Room while providing services to support the Kent School community.

• Physically work out of the Laundry Room to distribute clean laundry bags and/or clean dry cleaning to students.
• Ensure the individual room within the Laundry Room remains organized.
• Log issues/complaints by students in a Google Sheet shared with the Dean's Office.

• Current member of the Kent School community (ideally)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment criminal background checks and drug test.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Work is performed on a smoke-free campus.
