Incumbent provides interior and exterior cleaning and sanitation duties at the Mohegan Community & Government Center, including all tribally owned properties.

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for a commercial office building
• Knowledge of Universal Precautions and Sanitation protocols, to include appropriate measures in the prevention of cross-contamination
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to use commercial cleaning supplies, equipment, chemicals, and chemical solutions
• Ability to read labels and instructions on cleaning products
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, including pushing/pulling, kneeling, climbing, crouching and reaching
• Ability to work in high areas using both ladders and aerial lifts up to 80 feet
• One (1) year of commercial housekeeping and/or environmental services experience in an office environment
• Must complete downstream waste recycling training and best practice training
• Must complete Biohazard training
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
