Patio Cleaner

Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner/Janitor to join our team! This is a seasonal day position (May-September), Monday-Fri, up to 40 hours per week. Duties include the following:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

• Cleans the outside siding surrounding the immediate area of the porch.
• Cleans the railings outlining the porch.
• Cleans the screens that enclose the porch.
• Cleans the glass on both sides of the porch doors.
• Sweeps and cleans the wood flooring on the porch.
• Vacuum the carpet.
• Cleans the track of the screen.
• Cleans the patio furniture upon request and applies block time charge.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes all tasks in order of priority.
• Reports to the Director all complaints.
• Participates in programs educating and orienting employees to the systems and procedures relating to the housekeeping operations, including life safety drills as scheduled.
• Follows safety guidelines when performing tasks.
• Maintains privacy of Residents in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
