Mitigation​/Restoration Supervisor

A Mitigation Restoration Supervisor will lead field operations for United Property Restoration Services, overseeing daily project execution, crew management, and client communication while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on restoration projects.

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of Mitigation Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee site safety, work quality, and production standards throughout each project lifecycle.
• Deploy, monitor, and remove restoration equipment; interpret project scopes to facilitate timely completions.
• Calculate psychrometric and moisture readings, track equipment usage, and manage data entry within PSA and Encircle software.
• Communicate project updates directly with insured homeowners or business owners to provide clarity and peace of mind.
• Formulate accurate project estimates and communicate the value of specialized services to potential clients.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical emergency services during nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma/GED with 2–4 years of related restoration experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, volume, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Strong common-sense reasoning to execute written or oral instructions and resolve variable, real-world field issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning industry-specific software.

• Odor Control Technician (OCT)
• Leather / Hard Surface Cleaning
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
• Ozone, Chemical, and other specialty certifications
