SHM LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our residential property clean, safe, and in top condition. You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers to ensure a high standard of living for residents.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working in varied conditions. Proficiency with basic office software is a plus, and Real Page experience is a plus.
