Spherion - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment units;
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues;
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment;
Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
