The Porter/Maintenance Technician supports the daily operations of a single property in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, motivated individual who can work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and property upkeep. The Porter/Maintenance Technician will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, light plumbing, and general upkeep)
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the interior and exterior of the property
• Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning common areas, trash removal, and upkeep of grounds
• Operate pressure washing equipment to maintain walkways, exterior surfaces, and common areas
• Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and presentable at all times

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of porter and/or maintenance experience required
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
• Experience with pressure washing equipment preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
