Role Overview

As a Cleaner at The Cleaning Authority of Montgomery County, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch residential cleaning services that ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in accordance with the Detail-Clean Rotation System®.

Utilize proper cleaning techniques to ensure a safe environment.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

Participate in thorough training programs to enhance cleaning skills and knowledge.

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Experience in residential cleaning or related field.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliability and strong work ethic.

Good communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Employment Type

& Availability

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.

Location

This position is fully remote and open to candidates in Texas.
