Job Description:
Commercial real estate company searching for a maintenance, cleaning & hauling crew member to support property cleanups, perform general maintenance & cleaning, trash/debris removal and small demolition projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in keeping sites clean and organized, and work well in a small team environment.
What You’ll Do- Property clean-outs & job site cleanup
- Load/unload trash, furniture, and construction debris
- Basic maintenance tasks & pressure washing
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong work ethic & reliable transportation to and from job sites a plus
