As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you keep the store environment clean and safe, ensuring members experience a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and pristine floors. You work on your feet, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver a great first and last impression to every customer.

• Maintain facility safety by following all company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, spotting forklift operations, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Clean all areas of the facility—including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment according to company procedures.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the company environmental sustainability program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when they are low.
