Crain Kia of Conway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of appearance and quality that our customers expect.

• Thoroughly clean and detail both interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for customer delivery or display on the lot.
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed to support the sales and service teams.

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must have Valid DL.
• Must pass Drug Screen.
