Coordinator Inventory Management

A Coordinator Inventory Management will receive, issue, and maintain telecommunication construction equipment and materials, keeping accurate inventory records. The coordinator submits inventory level information to supervisors and customers upon request and coordinates the work performed by assigned warehouse laborers. The role requires the ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift to load and unload materials for storage, and the ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data.

• Receive, issue, and maintain equipment and materials for telecommunication construction projects.
• Keep accurate inventory records and submit inventory level reports to supervisors and customers.
• Coordinate work performed by assigned warehouse laborers and determine task priority.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project needs.
• Read, interpret, and input data to support assigned projects.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts to load/unload materials.

• Associate’s degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with office hardware and software (PCs, tablets, printers, copiers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong English language skills (oral and written).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• CDL driver preferred.
