Perform basic residential plumbing repairs including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and faucet maintenance;
Execute comprehensive make-ready tasks for property turnovers including drywall repair, interior painting, cabinet repair and staining, light fixture troubleshooting, and counter top repair;
Conduct general building maintenance and repairs to ensure properties meet quality standards;
Travel regularly between properties in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs to perform duties;
Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations
