Oversees and coordinates maintenance operations for the Corporation's facilities, including planning, scheduling, and directing maintenance activities. Manages work orders and preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility systems are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable condition. Serves as the primary contact for contractors and assists with utility operations during emergencies, outages, and other unexpected situations.

• Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance operations, including assignment of work orders and projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including Technician I and Technician II positions, by providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability of facilities and equipment.
• Review, track, and ensure completion of all maintenance work orders.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure maintenance standards, safety practices, and quality expectations are consistently met.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors, including scheduling, scope review, and quality control of work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, warranties, and compliance documentation.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, including ordering and cost tracking.
• Respond to and lead maintenance efforts during emergencies, outages, and critical incidents.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

• Associate's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent training in a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• May operate various kinds of powered or manual equipment used in warehouse, maintenance, or groundskeeping functions.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment for handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock, while adhering to all applicable safety protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and professionally with colleagues, managers, and vendors.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must maintain and carry the company-provided cell phone for call-out purposes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work non-standard hours when required.
• Must live within a 30-minute response time of the intersection of Harkrider and Oak Streets in Conway.
