Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and front of house areas. The role supports a full-service hotel environment with a focus on safety and quality maintenance.
Two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience is preferred, along with knowledge of door lock systems and construction tools. Certifications as required by authorities (HVAC, etc.) are valued. Competitive benefits are offered.
