Perform basic residential plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and faucet maintenance;
Execute comprehensive make ready tasks for property turnovers, including drywall repair and patching, interior painting, basic cabinet repair and staining, light fixture troubleshooting and repair, and counter top repair;
Conduct general building maintenance and repairs to ensure properties meet quality standards;
Travel regularly between properties located in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and Hot Springs to perform duties
