Maintenance Supervisor

Kohler is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure machinery, utilities, and building systems run safely and efficiently. Partnering with production, you will minimize downtime, manage work orders, and support capital and continuous improvement projects. You'll enforce safety and quality standards, track maintenance KPIs, and work with advanced equipment and CMMS tools while mentoring your team in a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians on daily activities and priorities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, utilities, and building systems.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering on equipment needs and scheduling.
• Support and implement continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Develop and train team members in technical and safety practices.
• Assist with planning and execution of capital and facility projects.
