• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship.
• Stay up to date with Chrysler certifications and training.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

• 35 bays / 1 alignment rack
• Climate control / Heat and AC
• Built in toolboxes
• Monthly store lunch
• Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool
• Monday - Friday Schedule (4-10s available)
• Inground hoist
• Professionally cleaned shop every night

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence.
• Chrysler Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.
• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.

Flat rate position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, including the CBA union agreement: $33.14 - $41.20 per flat rate hour.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 4-10 hours available.
