The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: empties garbage cans, cleans floors, dusts countertops and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empties waste cans, sweeps floors, disposes unwanted vehicle parts, stores tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds neatly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.

• Customer service ability.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ miles.
• Sitting, standing 5+ miles.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling 1+ hour.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to work near moving mechanical parts.

$18–$20+ per hour based on experience.
