Facilities Assistant - Temporary

• Assist with packing files, documents, office supplies, equipment, and other materials in a safe and organized manner
• Label and inventory boxes to ensure accurate placement at the new location
• Disassemble and reassemble office furniture and equipment as directed
• Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment (50+ lbs)
• Load and unload moving trucks efficiently and safely

• Previous experience in moving, warehouse operations, facilities support, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Basic familiarity with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills) preferred

• Experience in moving, warehouse operations, or general labor roles
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a work environment
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
