Columbia Care Services in North Bend, Oregon seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support the Maintenance Supervisor at Pony Creek. You’ll perform preventative building maintenance, landscape work, and improvement projects to meet Columbia Care’s standards.
You will replace air filters, inspect plumbing leaks, caulk bathrooms/kitchens, paint, and maintain exterior appearances. Must handle tools, ladders, lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; background checks required.
